Customer Portal

Features include:

  • Customers have access to inventory levels with reporting features.  The reporting will be on par with that in RIMS and will be able to be exported to Excel.
  • Customers have access to order status and results (if posted) and costs (if invoiced).
  • Customers have access to invoice history with PDF downloadable copies (if the Scanning module is in use).
  • Customers can record new inventory inbound to your terminals for processing by your staff.
  • Customers can place new work orders submitted to a pending “queue” for processing by your staff.

This module requires web-hosting at your location.  The solution is flexible and secure wherein only the data configured for the specific customer’s user account is available to them.
