This module requires web-hosting at your location. The solution is flexible and secure wherein only the data configured for the specific customer’s user account is available to them.
Customers have access to inventory levels with reporting features. The reporting will be on par with that in RIMS and will be able to be exported to Excel.
Customers have access to order status and results (if posted) and costs (if invoiced).
Customers have access to invoice history with PDF downloadable copies (if the Scanning module is in use).
Customers can record new inventory inbound to your terminals for processing by your staff.
Customers can place new work orders submitted to a pending “queue” for processing by your staff.
