- System compiled invoices include the details for each tier of a storage/demurrage charge and every billable item on a rated work order .
- Printed invoices clearly indicating storage and handling charges.
- Can create Miscellaneous Invoices, Credit Memos and Debit Memos.
- Can add a new invoice by duplicating (cloning) an existing invoice.
- Can automatically “Credit and Rebill” an invoice.
- Invoices can be exported directly into an external accounting system.
- Every system generated invoice has a cross-reference to the:
- Work Orders
- Inventory
- Products
- Scanned Documents
- Copies of the printed invoices can automatically be cataloged as scanned PDF documents.
